HOW DO I BUY AN ART PIECE?
Caleb Lee Bowman's art pieces are offered through a manual invoice. Since these require more care in transportation and packaging, please contact him at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss pricing and delivery options.
CAN I RETURN A CUSTOM-MADE ORDER?
Custom items ordered via our website are eligible for our return policy if there is an initial defect, but special requests or modifications outside of the options available on our website are not eligible, if there are no defects.
To initiate a return on our accessories, please send back your product within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for product-specific return procedures. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we receive your returned item.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
The shipping services that we offer customers includes standard shipping. As soon as we receive the product back to us, you will receive a full refund. Expedited shipping will otherwise be added to the price if chosen.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We use FedEx or UPS to ensure speed and product safety.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
Once we have received and confirmed your order, allow us 1-2 weeks to process your product. After we have it fully processed you will receive a confirmation email that your product has shipped with the tracking number. Shipments are usually delivered within 7-10 business days depending on the shipping option. If your shipment is being delivered outside of the continental United States, please allow for additional shipping time.
We currently only ship directly within the United States. We recommend using HopShopGo if you live anywhere outside of the United States, which offers an effective workaround to ship from the US to anywhere in the world.
Please note that HopShopGo and Caleb Lee Bowman are not affiliated and any customer service inquiries for their shipping/site should be directed toward them. Additionally, all sales outside of the contiguous United States are considered final as we cannot accept returns outside of that area at this time.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt with all Caleb Lee Bowman tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
- Make sure to use the included Caleb Lee Bowman return label. We cannot process your return if you do not use a Constructible return label on your box. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds due.
- We cannot accept international returns at this time.
- Due to the fragile nature of the products and packaging, please pack product returns using all original packaging, including tissue paper wrap. Products must be secured tightly in the box to prevent any shifting and breaking in transit.
We do not process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund of the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND:
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery
- Any merchandise marked FINAL SALE.
- Damaged merchandise cannot be returned, you will be charged the full amount for these.
